Rune Lykke-Kjeldsen is Director for Data and Analytics at EY.
Rune is passionate about data and how data can help make the world a better place. From working with data for more than 20 years across the entire value chain he has a first view of the power of data when used correctly, and sadly the opposite when misused.
He believes that functions and features are important aspects to any software product, but if management does not inspire the organisation to adapt and seek inspiration, business analytics initiatives will remain futile.
The new era of business transformations is fueled by data and Rune works closely with several clients across different sectors in becoming data driven to transform their businesses. It requires an extensive focus across the entire operating model. Not surprisingly the people aspect can make it or break it.
