Biography
Charlotte Møller-Andersen is Vice President of the Nordic and Benelux region at Zendesk, where she leads the company’s strategy for growth and customer success.
Charlotte has over 25 years of experience in driving business growth and customer loyalty and has previously led the European business for itslearning and the Nordic business for Experian, Bisnode and D&B.
Charlotte is also a member of Dansk Industri’s Advisory Board for Digital Business Development. In her spare time, she is a mentor for Danish and foreign graduates from Copenhagen Business School and an INSEAD Ambassador for actions against Climate Change. She has a master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and lives in Elsinore.
