Jonas joined Aon in September 2015 to run the Danish country office. He ensures that projects are delivered to the highest standards of professional practice, and putting in place the infrastructure for a skilled, pragmatic and professional consulting team.
Prior to joining Aon, Jonas worked at Cubiks as a managing consultant and specialist in assessment technology. There he managed a team of assessment specialists promoting and sharing best practice designing and implementing custom solutions for significant clients.
Jonas has more than 10 years experience in people tech and helping international organisations future-proof and develop their business, e.g. how to attract, select and develop a top sales force. He has worked with organisations including Maersk, Nets Group, Danske Bank, Telenor and Pandora.
