Jesper Koch is a leading expert on strategic customer excellence, which has been his field of work since 2004.

Jesper has worked with strategy and sales performance in many B2B-companies across the world, and has developed a Risk & Potential Index that helps companies to select their customer base according to churn risk and sales potential. He makes use of a Customer Excellence Model with a number of toolboxes that top management can apply to increase sales (ARPC) and reduce churn in any company.

Jesper Koch holds a MSc. in business psychology from AAU and Diplomas from INSEAD, Wharton and London School of International Business.
