Anders Rønnebech Jensen is VP Marketing and Customer Experience at Mastercard. He is a customer service and customer experience expert, and he has released the book “Jesus Christ! – it’s just customer service!”.

He has worked as a senior consultant for more than 15 years and works with professionalizing customer service through effective tools and methods that creates measurable and results. Among other things, Anders will, in his keynote, talk about his tool about P-GAP (Perception Gap) which can measure the distance from the company to the customer.
